Can you make out the teeny tiny crab in this photo?
Here he is again in my niece's little box...he was fierce.
We did let him go back to the wild. :)
I feel so blessed to have this view each and every day.
Sometimes you can see all the mountains (Rocky Mountains)
and sometimes you just see clouds.
But I love clouds as well, so there is always something wonderful to see on my seawalks.
Interesting cloud.....
Some early morning fishing...cormorants, sometimes there are assorted ducks and
I so want a telephoto lens...here (below) is an eagle having his fishy breakfast. I know he looks just like a rock with a white spot... :)
And here he/she is sitting up on a pole after. It was interesting to watch that as he ate, all the seagulls kept their distance. There was no crowding this eagle over food that's for sure.
And I relish this view of the evening mountains (below)from across the street, which seems to always be changing, always fresh and amazing to me.
So that is a bit of my seawalk for the day.
Oh, and saw my first cruise ship of the season go by through Discovery Passage last evening. It's on it's way to Alaska...I'd love to take that cruise some day. It was fairly dark when I saw it and I'm running outside into the parking lot in my socks, which got totally soaked, but I did manage to get a couple of photos with my wee camera.
I hope you enjoyed the photos.
Until next time, MO
